The first question that comes to mind is: "What is the systemic field?"

The systemic field is the field that we set up to do a constellation. Constellation work started as Family Constellations and developed into Systemic Constellations. It is an ever-evolving learning experience. So, I will go on a journey myself and share the learnings that I am witnessing with you when we set up a systemic field to do a constellation.
